Available payment choices can vary. Use only the method, currency, network, amount, and wallet address displayed for your specific order. If anything is unclear, contact us before transferring funds.
Cryptocurrency payments
When cryptocurrency checkout is enabled, payment is sent directly to the receiving address shown during checkout. Choose the exact asset and network displayed. Sending a different asset or using another network can make a payment difficult or impossible to recover.
Submit the transaction reference
After sending a crypto payment, submit the transaction ID as requested on the payment page. The order remains pending while the transfer is checked. Never share a wallet password, private key, or recovery phrase.
Manual verification and delivery
trustpsd does not automatically confirm blockchain payments or instantly release files. An administrator checks the transaction and emails the purchased files after verification. If you sent a payment to the wrong address or network, contact us promptly with the order number and transaction ID.
