Product-specific terms come first
Each purchase is subject to the license and usage notes on its product listing. If a listing gives a different or more specific license, that product-specific license controls.
What you can do
Unless the product listing says otherwise, you may adapt the purchased files into finished personal or client work. Keep the original source files private and use them only for the projects allowed by the listing.
What you cannot do
Do not resell, share, publish, sublicense, or redistribute the source files as files or templates, whether modified or not. Do not include them in a stock library, template pack, competing digital product, or other resource collection.
Ownership and third-party items
The purchase grants usage rights, not ownership or copyright in the underlying source material. Fonts, photographs, mockups, plugins, and other third-party items may have separate terms or may not be included; check the product listing.
